I have a brand new Alienware x51 R2 PC and I'm trying to play Fallout 4. I put all settings on the lowest values and it is still very choppy and lags badly. I am wondering how to fix this?

If not, then perhaps your network hardware could be out of date. Time to upgrade to a game performance wireless router.

I was playing Roblox and I have so much lag, how can I fix that?

In Windows 10, open run. Type %appdata% and click ok. click AppData and then click Local. click Roblox -> Versions -> click the one that has 9 items. -> PlatformContent -> pc -> textures -> Select all and press Del/Ins (its on your keyboard). Join a game and FPS will go up a little higher.
