What should a woman wear to an interview?

Dress clothes. A nice, plain blouse that is either white or a pastel color that is flattering on you. A plain skirt or dress slacks that are not too tight. They should fit well. If the weather is not too warm, wearing a lightweight business jacket or lightweight sweater is also appropriate. Small jewelry, little or no perfume (some people interviewing may have allergies) and dress shoes. All clothes should have little or no pattern. You want them to focus on you, not be distracted by your clothes.
