Create a shared folder on the first computer. Assign a user and password to access it. Then, on your second computer, open Explorer and find that computer in the list on the left. And from there, you simply pick the computer, enter the username and password, and then you can drag and drop files back and forth as you'd like.

Can I share big files, like 14GB in size?

There is no actual limit, but for a file that big it might be better to use a USB stick (also known as a pen drive or memory stick). They are pretty cheap these days.

I was able to get files from my PC to my laptop, as my PC doesn't have a user password. However, when I made a file for sharing from my laptop, my PC is asking me to "Enter network password." What can I do?

Can a computer belong to more than one HomeGroup and how do I leave one HomeGroup to join another?

No, you can only be a member of one HomeGroup at a time. To change HomeGroups, go to Control Panel, then HomeGroups. Toward the bottom will be the option "Leave the HomeGroup"; click that. You can then join another HomeGroup (presuming you have the password to do so).
