Not only does it release a lovely odor through the stored clothing and other fabric items but it also helps to repel moths, as they do not like the scent of lavender. Try to use freshly dried lavender for the best potency, and seal it inside a small cloth bag to prevent if from going everywhere. If the container is large, you may need more than one bag.
