QuestionI did a lot of exercising yesterday, more than normal, and my claves are now really tight and sore. should i be concerned?Maura BehanCommunity AnswerIt's common to feel tight and sore after a lot of exercise, especially if it's more than you're used to. It's usually not a cause for concern unless the pain is severe or persists for several days without improvement. To help relieve tightness, you can try gentle stretching, massage, or using ice or heat packs. Stay hydrated and get enough rest. If the pain doesn't improve or gets worse, it might be a good idea to consult a healthcare professional just to be safe.
