Maybe he doesn't understand how it works. Start by letting him sniff the Frisbee. Then use it along with his other toys for playtime so he understands what it’s for. Next, play tug of war for a few days with the Frisbee and try gently tossing it a couple feet away and see if he’ll catch it. Praise him whenever he tries to get it.

My dog is amazing at destroying things, and playing keep away. Are there any more tips on how to get my Frisbee back from him?

It did say to entice the dog with another Frisbee in your hand and the dog will drop the one in its mouth in order to try to get yours. My dog catches in air now and using multiple frisbees works to get him to give it up and so do treats.
