QuestionThe only reason I want to do this is so I can wear a two part bathing suit to the pool without embarrassing myself, so can someone help me?Community AnswerIf someone cares what you look like in a bathing suit, then they for sure aren’t worth your time. But if you’re doing it for yourself, then follow a routine workout with the exercises above 3-4 times a week (more often won’t allow your muscles to rebuild), and eat plenty of protein and grains.

QuestionIf I get the body I've always wanted after doing workouts daily and I stop working out, will the toned body fade?Tom De BackerTop AnswererYes. Your body watches what you do on a daily basis, throughout the weeks, and adjusts itself to that. Work outdoors? Your skin will darken. Are you a diver - your heart and lungs will expand. A doctor exposed to coughs and sneezes all day? Your immune system will ramp up. So if you follow a weekly routine that resulted in the abs you wanted, you'll have to keep it up for as long as you want the abs.

QuestionI'm a slightly underweight guy, how long would it take me to get abs? Just curious, I've only been doing them for about 2 weeks.Community AnswerView exercise as a life long enjoyment. Getting abs takes time and varies per person. Other factors on how long it takes are your diet and what other forms of exercises you do. If you eat healthy mostly and exercise regularly (every day if possible), you will see results in time, maybe in a few months, depending on the amount of exercise you are doing and the type of diet you are eating. But unfortunately it takes longer then a few weeks.

QuestionI fast on Sundays every week, will that stop me from obtaining abs?Raphael KeyTop AnswererNo, it shouldn't. Visible abs are generally a result of having a lower amount of body fat, so eating less food per week will almost certainly help you make your abs show. However, if you're already quite thin and you don't have abs, then you should probably attempt to build up the muscles. You will need more food for this but don't go overboard!
