    It is widely known that all ages swear equally much, and use all words. But only when among peers. Children swear as profusely as adults and adolescents, but for some reason, when children are present, adults try to swear less, as do children. It remains impolite to swear, because you force the listeners to hear something they may choose not to hear when given the choice. So adults try to raise children respectfully, and children respectfully hide the fact that adults have failed.
