  • Question
I've tried writing diaries, but I always fail. I'm starting another diary, but what if i fail in that too? What should I do?
    Verin
    Top Answerer
Try writing a journal instead. They're very similar, with the key difference being that diaries are structured and you're meant to write in them at regular intervals, while journals are unstructured, allowing you to write in them whenever you feel the urge to do so and thus removing some of the pressure.
  • Question
Why do you need to write about yourself on the first page of a secret diary when no one is going to read it?
    Verin
    Top Answerer
It's not strictly necessary, but giving a basic description of who you are or what you hope to accomplish by writing in your diary/journal will allow you to get a sense of how things have changed over time.
