  • Question
Could someone provide a clear example of punctuation used in a sentence?
    Community Answer
After you have written your sentence, make a dented, rough circle around the writing and then place your punctuation marks in between words outside the rough circle. Then, enclose your punctuation with a normal circle around that. A Circukar Gallifreyan article is available on PDF by the language inventor. It provides a much clearer example.
  • Question
In a sentence that curves into a spiral, where would I put the final punctuation?
    Community Answer
The final punctuation in a spiral would always appear in the bottom left side of the circle. It doesn't matter how short or long your sentence is or where the final word actually is, the final punctuation is always put there.
  • Question
How do I write "C" if the chart only shows "CH"?
    ayodeji oyenaike
    Community Answer
You don’t write C. Read Part Three, Step Five to find out what to do.
  • Question
How do I write "f" and how do I write "wordown" with two o's, like spoon, moon?
    Community Answer
I would apply the first part of the double vowel to the preceding consonant, and then apply the second part to the first. So if I had ‘slitheen,’ the ‘hee’ would be a partial circle with 2 lines extending from it and two concentric circles in it.
  • Question
Is there a simpler version of this?
    Community Answer
There are other versions of Gallifreyan, but none are official. The CIrcular Gallifreyan method is just one of many famous fan-made versions. If you find these too difficult to memorize, I suggest attempting another version that fits to your liking.
  • Question
    How do I make sentences?
    Community Answer
Sentences can either be written in a linear form or in a circular form. Just write the words in a circular pattern and draw a big circle around it.
  • Question
Where do I place a comma if I've already gone to the middle of the sentence circle?
    Community Answer
You place it on the large ring that surrounds the entire thing (i.e. the one that marks a word or sentence as complete). All punctuation marks are placed on this ring.
  • Question
How do I do double vowels?
    Ygor Velasquez
    Community Answer
Instead of a simple small circle, make two concentric circles. Draw the first, then another encompassing it.
  • Question
How do I know how or where to draw the diacritic lines?
    Community Answer
The diacritic marks can be put anywhere on the letter you like. I prefer putting them pointing toward the next letter unless there's a vowel. As for how, just look at the chart.
  • Question
Can I double punctuate in Gallifreyan?
    Community Answer
Theoretically, yes you could. Just put two punctuation marks instead of one.
