Basicly the second to last person to post THAT WEEK wins so we have an actual winner.

Weeks begin on Wednesday

If you post 5 people must post before you can post again.

So I will win if just one person comments this week.

Winners will be acknowledged at my talk page

There might be a problem knowing precisely when the week ends. Potentially, there are people posting from every imaginable time zone.

So, at 9pm CST every week, you will be online and will accurately determine who has posted last even if 12 people wait for that very instant and all post at once? Will you look at the time stamps, or what?
