In lieu of all the 6th birthday and almost-to-100k article hoopla, it seems we’ve missed that we were close to 300,000 users. Seems as though at some point today, we’ve crossed that milestone. Congrats, wikiHow =)

TheSmartiy - We don’t want to overrun the other wikis. We do not serve the same purpose as them, so there is no point.

I don’t think we’ll ever ‘run over’ other wiki’s; especially wikipedia, but I do think that because of all the free things (gmail, wikiHow, wikipedia) around, the non-free things will start going down the drain unless they become free too. If you think about it, that WILL happen sooner or later…

BTW, I tried searching under the username thingie and didn’t see anything about which user the the ___th user or whatever… Maybe Krystle or somebody who works for wikiHow could see…
