Wrote this on a whim last night. I struggled a bit with explaining the process in words. Now I just noticed a rating on the Page Helpfulness Box - “I couldn’t follow the instructions”. So I’d really appreciate if any Twitter users could review the article and see if it makes sense and doesn’t sound too awkward.
Even though I’m not a Twitter user, I looked over the article, I’d be able to follow it if I created an account there; it was all very understandable. It could’ve just been someone playing with our rating system…
