I want to put on a fundraiser to make a benefit concert, however, I need to run it through my mum but I don’t know how to approach it as she’ll most likely say no… HELP!!!

Well, she’s pretty strict and if I try she’ll just shoot it down. I’m in sixth form in a few weeks and I want to d it for my 18th birthday in 2018 and the budget will have to be huge, she question WHY THE HELL AM I TRYING and so will my dad…
And I don’t want to go behind her back, I’ve done it before (not the concert) and it didn’t go well when she found out

No one said something was wrong with it. But why is it so late? 2018? You do realize that’s in 2 years, correct? I think maybe you should let the fundraiser idea to sit and wait next year.

Nothing is wrong with it, except the point of a benefit concert is to act as a fundraiser for a cause. Usually you find a place to set up the concert for free and with random stuff and then you put up the concert…Does this make sense?
Well, I need a large budget for what I want to do and the sooner I fundraiser the more likely it is that I can get the money that I need and, I need to set the ticket price at atleast £15 to make a decent profit so I can give that money to charity and any costs that come up after the concert
