and it makes absolutely no sense. It also appears to be a duplicate of http://www.wikihow.com/Change-Your-Desktop-Background-in-Windows
and http://www.wikihow.com/Change-a-Computer’s-Desktop-Wallpaper
, which are also duplicates of each other, too. Any opinions?
What I would do for now is nominate Change the Background and Your Logo From Your Computer
for merging to Change Your Desktop Background in Windows
