This is the only other one that he has started as of now, but it certainly does not look like a good article. Before I nominate it for deletion, I was gonna get the community’s thoughts on the article. Thanks.

Look at this search. http://www.wikihow.com/Special:LSearch?search=annoy+people There’s lots of articles on annoying people that haven’t been deleted for a long time, so I think this article should not be nominated for deletion.

I know, but I have a feeling that this specific one also teaches how to be mean and annoying at the same time.

I saw the article. I added a cleanup tag so then maybe someone could clean it up and fix it. I might be able to do it when I have the time.

I agree. I saw this article in search, but wasn’t sure if it was a duplicate, but now that I think of it is seems it is one.

Annoying people doesn’t necessarily mean nfd|mea. In order for this deletion reason to fit, the content must be describe unreasonably destructive or violent behaviour, like slapping a random bystander or kicking an innocent animal. The merge suggestion seems to work. Or, if there isn’t unique content that would be useful to merge, nfd|dup.
