Occasionally in Quality Guardian, the “yes” button will break, making it look very strange.
This image shows the yes button being broken into two. Occasionally, this will happen on discussion and talk pages. I will see if I can get a screenshot if it as well. I see this on the latest version of Google Chrome on a Windows 7 Laptop.
