I noticed that the number of rising stars have been changing, which is fine, but I found I small error. After the number of RS’s was decreased to 2, the article on Take Care of Young Children was bumped off, but my article, Wear Skis, is still on. My article received an RS earlier than the other article, so why is my article still on the home page?
