I saw some comments about http://www.wikihow.com/Bleach-Your-Hair-Platinum-Blonde being confusing/contradicting itself – but, when I read into it, the methods really didn’t seem to be different methods at all. They were worded differently, and one recommended specific brands, but the whole process was pretty much the same - which I think is making readability difficult (for example, 3 methods but only 2 Things You’ll Need sections - confusing!). The “liquidized virgin coconut oil” is new news to me, but other than that, it pretty much sounds accurate.
