Hello there!

I have 2 articles that I am currently making within the wikiHow site, and they are from wikiHow itself! They are How to Rely on the Patrol Coach’s Feedback and How to Realize that Quality is over Quantity. If you would like to check them out, go ahead!

My main note is that the “Realize Quality Over Quantity on wikiHow” article could, in my opinion, benefit from a title change? I don’t think “realize” is the right word here, but that’s just my two cents.

Yes, “realize” may not seem that good of a word choice…? Like it’s good but it sounds weird with the other words.

Little update -

Jayne reached out about https://www.wikihow.com/Rely-On-the-Patrol-Coach’s-Feedback-on-wikiHow and said that it needs a bit more expansion to make it viewable for readers/patrollers. I’ve requested a title change, but the problem might lie in Part 2 of the article. If you can join me in fixing part of the article, that will be great!

As the article is in use, I’m unsure about editing it. I was thinking the intro could go something like this:

Almost all wikiHow contributors are enthusiastic about contributing to the site’s mission. It’s easy for contributors to strive to make a lot of contributions, especially when they are just starting out. What’s harder is to step back and focus on making quality contributions rather than making a lot of edits, doing a heap of patrolling, trying to get your name into top ten lists or otherwise driving up the quantity of “work” you do on wikiHow. No one wants any contributor to feel like they shouldn’t be part of the wikiHow community or like they shouldn’t use some tools or make some edits. The community works together to make the site as useful as possible to as many people as possible. This article has some advice about how to focus on quality over quantity with regards to wikiHow contributing.

@HumanBeing Sorry for the late reply, but can I use the intro? It’ll be great for the article.

I’m flattered you asked. By all means use that as the intro.

Thank you for asking.
