While testing and weatherproofing a new extension, I discovered that a welcome email would be sent along with an email confirmation, even though my account is not recently registered. Not only that, but the welcome email does not reference my username properly.

How to replicate:* Change your email to something goofy, such as sfdfsdfsdfsdfsd@sdsdfsdfsdasf.com - should show mailer error * Change it to the email you used previously * You will now receive an email confirmation as well as a wikiHow welcome e-mail. Expected behavior: Welcome emails should only be sent the first time an email is registered with wikiHow.
