Part-1-> That’s not a bug. Maybe someone was just patrolling the same edit you were patrolling, but he was faster and reverted the edits. + that’s the same answer to part 2 and 3. Part-4-> I don’t think it’s a bug, too. Flicker doesn’t have every image. You have to enter clear words. Such as “Talking”. Also, don’t you think that all the bugs you’re posting are the same?
Of course more than one person can patrol an edit at a time. If you feel an edit shouldn’t have been rolled back, just rollback their rollback.
The “2 month old talk page” was probably an older revision of the page. If you click the left arrow on a diff page, it takes you to the earlier revision. The right arrow (which takes you to the newer revision) in the screenie implies you clicked the left arrow. Plus it was already patrolled, since there was no “Mark as Patrolled” button on that one.
