I’ve made a post about this previously, and they said it would take quite a few hours, but it’s been about 4 days now and still no update?

Can you try logging all the way out of wikiHow and back in? I just did a test upload and that did the trick for me. I also noticed you’ve changed your avatar several times in that period, so it might help to just stick with one for a while and give it a chance to “catch up”.

If signing all the way out and back in doesn’t do the trick, we can try to test more with different accounts to try to pin down what scenarios it’s not working in. We have a dedicated but incredibly small engineering team for a site of this size, and most of their attention does have to focus on features that actually affect editing/reading, so I’m sorry if there’s not an immediate fix to this one - if it is a bug, this kind of bug (where it’s only happening to some people) can be very difficult to pin down and therefore fix. We might have to be patient on this one:slight_smile:

That being said… try logging out and back in. Fingers crossed it’ll solve your problem to refresh that log-in!
