This is very much still a work-in-progress, but I did want to let folks know that (as of a couple of weeks ago, actually, but I’m slow to report - sorry!), our fab engineers have got a very rough version of Q&A flagging up. We’ve already had flagging for unanswered questions for a while, but this is a new, additional system, for already-answered Q&A pairs.
At this early stage, all it’s doing is logging that information, so Alissa can follow up with it. But assuming all goes well and the feedback looks helpful, hopefully our developers will be able to build it up from there to involve some kind of removal or fixing capability or something like that. So it’s just a baby step… but hopefully one in a good direction
If you see an answered question that needs a bit of love (or removal), go ahead and flag it! You can do that from this menu:

This developing feature increases our ways to get involved with Q&A, just a wee bit, for anyone interested. The options include:
✯ Flagging for attention any answered questions that are problematic (this new feature).
✯ Answering (or flagging, if needed) any unanswered questions on articles themselves.
✯ Using the mobile Sort Questions
tool to help reject bad questions so they never get answered.
✯ Using the fancy Answer Questions
tool to dive into your areas of expertise and tackle questions in those categories.
✯ And for any conscientious admins/boosters who are interested in getting more involved with Q&A editing/patrol, don’t forget about the possibilities I mentioned here
and feel free to get in touch!
Happy Q&A-ing all
