Somebody got me a Fitbit as a gift, and it was the Inspire type. I’ve downloaded the app on my Windows 10 computer, but I always can’t connect my Fitbit to my computer. Even though Bluetooth is turned on my laptop, and Inspire is popping up, when I click to connect with Inspire, it always doesn’t work, so I can’t use the app to connect. Anybody had this problem before?

Also, I live in Canada, so there might be a difference than in the US.

@FlowerPower555 have you tried searching wikiHow? :smiley:

Thanks for reaching out with your question—I’m glad you came to wikiHow for answers! Have you tried searching to see if we have any articles on that topic? We have a lot of detailed how-to articles here, so you might find something to help!

Searching on wikiHow is easy to do : just type the main keywords of your question in the search bar at the top of the page, and press enter. If you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, you can  submit a new topic request, too . If you have more questions about wikiHow or searching for articles here, though, just let me know. I’d be happy to lend you a helping hand!

Oh right, totally forgot about that…

Got one. Will try soon :D.

I had a Fitbit too, for me the computer never blutoothed but my phone always did. However my friends blutoothed on both so … Technology is confusing:slight_smile:

One of the perks of being a wikiHow community member - you always know where to look first!

I get to go swimming today, so I’ll look into it later with an iPad/iPhone :).

FlowerPower’s old name was anon59227209? @Awesome_Aasim

@ICanSeeItHappening Firstly, it would be better to ask this on the “Random” thread or the “wikiTwitter” thread, not here. You just accidentally bumped a 9 month old thread.

Secondly, FP closed her account, but reversed that closure a short time after. That is why we have the “anon” username here.

oops. But also I thought closing an account was permanent/unreversable?

@Stormyy

It is reversible, but not something that you can keep doing. Requesting Jayne to recover it with a valuable reason is alright at times.
