This is the said article: https://www.wikihow.com/Express-Your-Feelings-when-You're-Autistic

I’ve tried to add in a bit, but it would be really helpful if anyone who knows about the aforementioned topics could add in anything they know.

This is a great project for Autism Acceptance Month!

I would be able to take a look at this later - as an autistic person myself, though, I’m really baffled on what the components of emotion and the types of emotion have to do with this. That doesn’t tell me how to express my emotions, that just tells me what they are. This article isn’t “identify emotions when you’re autistic”, it’s about expressing them, which isn’t addressed anywhere. I’ll have to edit this.

Thank you

I almost wonder if the content would be better off in an article called something like “Understand Emotions if You’re Autistic.” Like Alex said, the content is pretty theoretical, as opposed to about how to express yourself.

Then we could have an article about expressing emotion, and have the two articles link to each other.

(I could already see an understanding emotion article with detailed breakdowns of emotional cues. I’d be willing to help with that. I haven’t been nearly active enough on wikiHow lately.)

That’s a really good idea

Luna has a good point. Maybe, in the article’s current state, it’d be better to retitle it rather than revise it to fit the title? I could move it without creating a redirect.
