I’m pretty sure the length can be changed, but what’s the usual amount of time? I know permanent bans are lifelong (I think?)
It depends on the reason for the block. There’s not really a standard length of time. I’d just continue editing in good faith and avoid blocks altogether so you don’t have to worry about it.
