I’ve seen people who have posted pictures on the fourms. I know how to do links to photos, ex. www.wikihow.com , but I don’t know how to post the actual picture.

You first need the actual link to the image. For example, if I right-click on your avatar right above me, and select “Open Image in New Tab”, the URL that the image will open under is the actual image link.
