wikiHow has a lot of amazing how-to articles. Because of that, it’s very popular & a great website. If wikiHow gave “What to do in this situation” articles, then that would be really nice. This is only my opinion, the rest is for the admins to decide. RoZe

Moved to Collaboration Corner (I think it belongs more in the CC than the Village Pump). Many of wikiHows how to articles help users do the correct thing in specific situations . Examples:

http://www.wikihow.com/Know-What-to-Do-in-a-Situation
http://www.wikihow.com/Overcome-Boredom (also can be phrased as ‘What to do if I am bored’)
http://www.wikihow.com/Beat-Boredom-over-the-Summer (similar as the above link)
And there are many more. Though wikiHow isn’t exactly a ‘What to do…’ website, many ‘how to’ articles can be similar to ‘What to do…’. Also, admins don’t decide anything on wikiHow. Most decisions on wikiHow are taken by the community by reaching a consensus. The ideas given by the community are implemented by the engineers. Engineers work behind the scenes to hunt down bugs. The only major decision taken by the wikiHaus is related to finance (there are a few more, but I can’t recollect them…).

yes i agree. we should include more of these types of Wiki How’s guides as i believe it will increase the popularity of the website.

There’s also the wikiHow survival kit for iOS and Chrome .

The “How to” prefix is adequate for just about any verb-oriented title. No need to complicate things by adding more prefixes.
