I know this was like a few weeks ago, but I’m really surprised that it’s true…but was the plan to kill him or capture him? That’s what I don’t understand… >.>

As I understood they wanted to capture him, but if he would use violence then they had permission to shoot him, which they did by a shot in the head.

The order was to kill him whether he was bare handed, holding or shooting a gun, or holding a bunny. It didn’t matter, they only wanted him dead.

They were trying to capture him, but they had permission to kill him if they needed to. Also, if he had come back for a trial, he probably would’ve gotten the death penalty anyway.

Bringing him back alive and putting him on trial and all that jazz would’ve been a publicity nightmare and probably a security risk. Best to just wipe our hands of him quickly.
