I was patrolling when I read this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function isProtected() on a non-object in  /opt/wikihow/prod/extensions/wikihow/rcpatrol/RCPatrol.body.php on line  782

Is there something wrong that’s crashing RC? Other tools are working fine but RC is the only one with this problem? After re-loading, it’s fine. It appears every so often and a little tab at the bottom right hand corner says,“RC Patrol encountered an error. You can  reload RC Patrol  or  show any available technical information .” Also this: 

There was a problem. Status: error, error: Internal Server Error

This is not letting me patrol RC and it stays on the same edit.

I have the same problem but only in the last half hour.

Good bug. I would assume that the errors are the causes of the crashes.

There’s definitely something fishy with RC. I patrol and make edit and the little tab appears after a few edits. Really strange and after I refresh the page, it goes to this:

I got the same thing too. I posted on help team, but they haven’t been replying to very many messages. . .

Thanks guys - this has been filed. It’s likely related to a change we made to make sure that protected/MW pages only show in RCP to admins, which is overall a helpful move (one I know several folks have asked for to keep pages like the Rising Star feed from getting accidental rollbacks from new patrollers!), but it looks like it needs a little fix. Alberto will be looking into it - thanks:slight_smile:
