I have not been on here in 3 years, but I’m just wondering. When I create a new article, it does not have any buttons or tools to add photos with my steps. Why is this happening? Please answer ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Ah, the Article Creator itself doesn’t cover image uploading, since it’s just text-focused, but after you publish the first edit, you can add images, no problem! Or you can switch to Advanced Editor using the link at the top of the editing page - just do that before you start writing your article, or you’ll lose the text. But then you can add pictures as you go (or you can even permanently turn off the Article Creation tool in your Preferences here ).
