Omg thank you so much… an entire thread? Didn’t know someone becoming a welcomer was that big of a deal… but thank you again.

We don’t generally make many threads of this. But if this is the way @WikiaWang thinks of you, congratulations.

Welcome newest welcomers!

Well, just wanted to say,

Thanks everyone. Not just the people who congratulated me on becoming a welcomer, but all the people who have helped me get where I am today. If you would have said 6 months ago that I would become a welcomer today, I wouldn’t have believed you. But I feel that I have come far in my wikiJourney, farther than I ever would have imagined, so thank you. Thank you to the wonderful people who have coached me through all my mistakes, thank you to all my wikiFriends, thank you for everyone who has just made my life better, bit by bit, by being part of my life on wikiHow. Thank you all.

Congratulations @Reepicheep !!! You are definitely going to be a great welcomer. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if you have used Welcome Wagon already. (I have. )

Thank you @Alabaster !

Congratulations to both of you!

Oh my goodness… thank you all so much!

@WikiaWang , I  definitely  wouldn’t be here without your help, and all the awesome advice you gave me (guys, it literally took WW an hour to write…and took up half my talk page XD).

@JayneG and @Byankno1 , thank you for all your patience answering dozens and dozens of my questions… I can’t promise there won’t be thousands more, sorry : )

@Jaedyn for supplying me with cookies… you know what I mean ; )  And yes, I have already used the tool.  I’ve been dying to use it since I started here 3 months ago!  Congratulations again on becoming a welcomer, and I’m so glad we’re learning this together, wikifriend!

@Emily_Pole , my very first wikiFriend, and sister in Christ.

@HelperOnWikihow , for being so friendly and encouraging!

@HappyWiki , for being friendly and fun and all-around awesome!

@FlowerPower555 and @Ruah , for welcoming me.  Thank you.

@Zygomatt , for the super encouraging message.  I think that is my favorite message I’ve ever gotten here on wikiHow, and motivated me to try the test again.

@HumanBeing , for the award.  I still think it looks like Aslan, and it was so sweet of you.  Thanks!

@FutureHow , for being my friend and playing Battleship with me.  That was fun!

Thanks a billion, you guys are amazing!  Being a part of wikiHow has made my world a little bigger, a little brighter, and a little better every time I log on, and I hope I will be able to continue to learn and grow by being the friendly face of wikiHow to other new users!

Also, I finally changed my wikimood.  It’s at runaway now!!

Congrats to my two wikiFriends Jaeden and Reep! @PianoLover1016 @Reepicheep (whom I also thank for mentioning me)

@Reepicheep Oh, thanks so much! I’m glad I could help you out.:slight_smile: @Byankno1 Got it! I’ll keep that in mind.

Thanks so much for the mention! Inspires me to welcome more :). Great job!

New to the site, always been very helpful in the past and I want to offer my knowledge

@Reepicheep  That’s okay. I don’t mind answering questions. Keeps me sane too, and breaks up some of my busy and monotonous days too.

Congrats, you two! I know you’ll be great:slight_smile:

Thanks Helpie!

@HelperOnWikihow , thanks!

@Everyone Would it work if i just made this thread somethimg like “Let’s Welcome new Boosters/Admins/Welcomers/Featured Authors” so that every time someone receives a promotion, it’ll be here?

We actually used to congratulate people on gaining new roles, but it stopped because it ended up becoming more about the recognition than the responsibility of the role, so I’d say this thread as a standalone thing is fine.:slight_smile:

@Galactic-Radiance Alright, thanks.
