When I try to access http://www.wikihow.com/Special:Newarticleboost&limit=5000
, I receive an error message. Can any other boosters access that page? Is this a potential upgrade bug? I can only boost from http://www.wikihow.com/Special:Newarticleboost

The methods of linking got a little stricter, so you have to go with: http://www.wikihow.com/Special:Newarticleboost?limit=5000
In any of the links, the first “addition” is supposed to be a ? and then subsequent ones are supposed to be &. In theory, I think it’s always supposed to have been that way, but it used to work with the “&” too – now just start with the ? and use the & after that, and you’ll be okay
