If you use a web browser that takes “snapshots” of pages for your browsing history, this is expected. I use Microsoft Edge Chromium and it sometimes does this to me as well. If you are having problems with your browser’s cache, simply press Ctrl + Refresh to bypass it entirely.
Since it seems like an issue with your cache, I think it would be good for @JayneG
to lock this thread. If you think that there are problems with wikiHow’s installation of the MediaWiki software (the software that wikiHow runs on), feel free to open another bug report. If the bug is urgent, you can get a faster reply if you send an email to support@wikihow.com
