There is this article that recently got split. Chris ( @Byankno1
) has graciously done the work. However, that brought the article to the attention of the copyviobot and it turns out that it is a copyright violation. I hate to delete articles that have been around a while, so I was wondering if any horse people we got could clean them up so they aren’t copyvios. http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Horse-Christmas-Treats
http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Horse’s-Christmas-Mash
http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Horse’s-Cookie-Treat
I think that is all of them.
Yep. That is all of them. THe top article listed here was requeseted to be split into two other articles. And, as always when I split, I always copy and paste from the original wH article( http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Horse-Christmas-Treats
) thereby creating the bottom two( http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Horse's-Christmas-Mash
) and ( http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Horse's-Cookie-Treat
).

@Ttrimm
- is a rewrite all they need? I should be able to do that.
Woah, the new arrow heading on http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Horse-Christmas-Treats
Is this an experiment? I don’t see it on other articles.
Actually, I just began to see that on others I created with several levels inwards of sub-sections of wiki formatting. And I kinda like it.

If they’ve been around for awhile, it seems more likely to me that other websites have used the articles.

It’s possible, but I don’t believe so, in THIS instance.
Something about this just makes me laugh.
Did you miss my Discussion Page comments on the split articles? Our original article predates the source by 7 months.

Oh awesome!!! No, I missed that!!! That is great!!!
Speaking of old articles that are copyvios. I just boosted an article that was from February that is a copyvio.

and… you tagged it and/or deleted it… right?
and… you confirmed it was definitely republished without permission? (You said it is
a copyvio.)
I did, but then this fact came into play.
Actually one good thing comes of all this. You know how we’ve always been talking about getting our name out there. Well, this just proves it. Apparently, the author of the PDF file discovered the article, and republished our article word for word! I call that part getting our name out there.
