What happens when you hit patrol? Does it go to the sunflower/all clear page? If so, that happens when RCP is clear/close to clear. The same edit will pop up cause there’s nothing else to patrol. I’m not sure if there’s a reason for it or if that’s just the way it is but it’s been like that for a while anyway.
If it’s a stuck edit or something you could try manually marking it as patroled. (Hit advanced, view diff, and mark it as patroled from there)

it does do sunflower page, but i patrolled it 4 separate times so that’s weird

Yep! It sounds like RCP is clear/empty then. It’ll do that until more edits come in.

To add onto what Stephen explained: we’ve had a known bug with RCP for a few years where the last edit doesn’t patrol through the RCP tool. It can be patrolled manually if you go to the list of unpatrolled edits
, click on the unpatrolled one, and hit the “Mark as Patrolled” button on the diff. Right now after you patrol the last edit manually, you’ll get a page saying “Bad title” because we’ve got some glitchiness in there that hasn’t been fixed yet, but if you patrol manually, you’ll clear out the last edit and it should stop popping up. I marked that edit as patrolled for you, so the tool should be all clear until someone else makes an edit
