When I tried to use Picture Patrol on Internet Explorer I got some weird errors. It would work at first, but the loading animation would always appear next to the image no matter what, and every 2nd or 3rd picture the tool would show an image, but omit the title and the buttons would be greyed out, then the page has to be refreshed in order for it to start working again.
This picture shows the tool frozen up.
This picture shows the loading icon always being next to the picture
PS: this is a school computer, so the browser choices are limited.

Thanks @R2_d2000
- I’m not sure how far back we support older browsers, so this might not be a high priority given IE isn’t being developed anymore, but I can check. I don’t have easy access to IE myself - do you know what version this was? Can you grab an https://aboutmybrowser.com/?nr
link for us?
The version of Internet Explorer is IE 11.0. But I did just realize that the school computer also has Microsoft Edge, and everything works well on that browser, so I think that I will be using that instead from now on since it works better.

Ok thanks R2! I’ll look into the IE issue as well, in case we can do something about that, but it’s good to know the updated browser is working as it should!

Have filed the bug, hoping we can fix it up in due course. As I’m sure you can imagine, fixing for older browsers isn’t tippy top of the priority list, so for anyone experiencing this, I definitely encourage looking into Edge or other options
- but hopefully we can get it sorted out at some point!
I understand, just wanted to report it so that you guys are aware, Edge is also faster than IE so I will be using that one when I am at school.
