Hello again, I have another question. As you can see, I don’t have a profile picture. When I attempt to add a picture, it promptly tells me that “File could not be processed.” My brother, who spends his time singing the praises of Apple and coding, informs me that it may have to do with the file type or size. Are there restrictions? He happens to have made a wikiHow profile to tell JackHerrick that my profile wasn’t accessible when it wasn’t, and he could easily add a profile picture. What??

You can use jpeg, png or gif on wikiHow, sometimes a file can be corrupt so it won’t work, the only thing you can do agan is try again - also it could be that the pic is too big or that size (mb) are too big, try to upload a pic that is as small as possible. Lastly animation’s are not allowed for profile pictures. Hopes this helps
