The RC Patrol backlog count is incorrect. It says it’s above 100, but when I visit recent changes (patrolled edits have been hidden) and patrol there, the edits to patrol are quite less.

Could be due to skips or something similar to this earlier-reported NAB error - https://forums.wikihow.com/discussion/29814/community-dashboard-for-nab-number-does-not-equal-the-real-number-of-articles-already-inside-nab#latest . Though this error doesn’t seem to be showing up for me.

I just checked and both the dashboard, sidebar, and RCP itself are displaying an accurate amount (23, when I checked) - what browser are you using?

@Galactic-Radiance Chrome. Sometimes, the numbers go really high, once to 300.

Hmm, I’m not seeing any anomalies in the numbers either. It does fluctuate continually, depending on the number of edits happening on the site. The dashboard updates periodically, not necessarily in real-time, so that may be a part of it. At this stage I don’t see any bug to worry about :)
