I was on RC Patrol today, I reached the 50 throttle limit, then I decided to reload the page. Then I clicked on “Mark as patrolled” and it let me proceed. I am not sure if this is a bug, or if this is normal, but after the throttle is reached, it should not allow any more RC patrol for the rest of the day, but it does.

: The RCP throttle limit is set by sysops for users who need assistance getting around RC patrol. This is to ensure that the user does not rush the patrols. I am on the 50 throttle limit meaning after 50 patrolled edits, I will not be able to mark any more edits as patrolled for the day.

Sometimes it looks like you go “over” the limit because of times when you patrol a combined set of diffs in RCP (eg multiple edits at once). This is okay; feel free to go until you hit the message that prevents you from patrolling more. And like Eric said, you haven’t hit 50 yet today anyway.
