I’m still getting back into wiki mode after an awesome time at WikiMania – so, pretty travel-worn and jet-lagged for now! But just wanted to pop in to give a heads-up that @SudoKing and @Reuben have started running the bot edits to convert existing Discussion/Talk pages (and archives) into the new, easier-to-decipher template format. After some initial test edits, they made a change so that you shouldn’t get Echo notifications from the conversion script’s changes, but you will still get any relevant Watchlist emails (it’s a one-time edit, so just one per Discussion/Talk page). If you want to check them out, you can see the bot edits here . Hoping it all goes smoothly, but of course let us know if you see any issues! Thanks to Lojjik and Reuben for making this happen - I think the change will make our Discussions and Talks much more decipherable without all that HTML:slight_smile:

I thought you were sleeping!:wink:Anyway, thanks for the heads-up. This should be much easier to decipher!

Thanks for the heads-up! BTW @Anna - I noticed today a cool little “loading” animation when posting a new message onto talk pages (looked like a wikiHow logo flip book). Is that part of the updates? Either way just seems like a small touch, but the attention to detail is awesome:slight_smile:

Sweet! Thanks for the heads-up!

@Jordan That came with the mobile redesign, and they put it on desktop, too. Kinda cool, isn’t it?

Yeah, I’d definitely say. A cool little touch from the previous version.
