I hit a rollback TWICE when patrolling and it ignored my action - did nothing!. I had to actually go to the article’s History and rollback an anon’s edit from there. Then it worked.

Aw, shucks :(. RCP in its present state has a number of glitches that can’t be easily resolved (changing one thing tends to have a cascading effect and affect something else). Fortunately, a better version of RC Patrol with new and better features may be in the works in the near future - you can see the discussion here: http://forums.wikihow.com/discussion/11273/new-and-improved-rc-patrol-brainstorm/
Happened to me too a few times. Sometimes though it just gets stuck and rolls back the edit after a few seconds. If you press it multiple times while it’s stuck, it rollbacks other edits in front of it too! (I’ve had some good edits rolledback due to this). I think there was a thread on this topic somewhere (different from that of SudoKing’s)
Once, when I was patrolling, it froze and I kept pressing “Mark as Patrolled”. It subsequently patrolled over 5 edits after that and I had to manually go into my Patrol Log and make sure I hadn’t patrolled any bad edits. Very troublesome.

this really really sucks, and IS troublesome =((. What happened also was after I rolled back the article disappeared and then reappeared agian after the 2-3 patrolled articles as “untouched”, like I never did it. Then I have to rollback again and got to History when it didn’t work. PRC has become a pain in the neck. LOL @SudoKing
