What do you guys think of this article http://www.wikihow.com/Give-a-Fuck 1. Should it be deleted? I tagged it NFD.cha as below wikiHow standard. 2. If you agree about deletion did I use the right tag?? What is your opinion??

In my opinion the correct NFD is jok and inc. Joke because it is clearly not intended as a serious article, nor could it feasibly be rewritten in a serious manner. Incomplete because I don’t believe that such an article could ever be complete enough for a person to follow its steps and achieve the desired outcome. I am open to disagreement on this point.

Thank you @Skycaptain95 . I agree with you. I am going to change to jok and /or inc if I can use both . I think I am not clear when do we use “cha” reason.
