I’ve been doing some updating of some of our UIBs, and during a search to update these UIBs, I’ve been coming upon places where UIBs should not be placed.
Here are the details: UIBs should only be placed on User pages - hence the beginning of the title “User (title)”. They don’t belong as usage inclusions on talk pages and I’ve even seen usage inclusions on Discussion pages. Links to these UIBs can be left User_talk (talk) pages, however, they must not be used as inclusions - showing the UIB to other users.
