I have been checking the new contributors page, and majority of them are businesses advertising their services. Is there some template I can use?

They are promptly (usually within 24 hours) deleted by an admin. If you notice them lingering longer than that then you can report to the Admin Notice Board.
There’s no need to leave the spammy offenders any messages. They’re spambots and won’t respond to coaching.
