If the numbers on the Dashboard are in terms of goals, at least have a way for the user to flip back and forth between full totals and smaller numbers. (Having bigger numbers made me work harder on each of the items). Also, in terms of goals, shouldn’t these numbers be “personal” goals, instead of site-wide goals? These numbers should remain unchanged for stuff we didn’t do! Requesting the communities’ thoughts. I’d be happy to better explain (at least the one) in better terms.

Those seem like good ideas.
In response to the second part, the goals on the Community Dashboard are site-wide because the widget can’t possibly know what each and every individual person’s goals are, and we need a place to display site-wide goals.
