I keep getting this error whenever I try to send somebody a talk page message or post a discussion page comment. It redirects me to http://www.wikihow.com/Special:Postcomment
and the error says “Post a comment. No posting to add. Return to main page.” It’s really annoying honestly although I still am able to open edit and send messages manually.
It’s unfortunate I must do this. Here’s the link to the screenshot: http://www.wikihow.com/Image:Screenshot86_339.JPG
I’m using Firefox on Windows 7.

Sakae - what version of firefox are you using. I’m having trouble reproducing. Thanks!
Well, on Special:Postcomment I get " Fatal error: Call to a member function userCanEdit() on a non-object in /var/www/html/wiki112a/extensions/Postcomment/SpecialPostcomment.body.php on line 152" May or may not be related.
I use Firefox 6.0.2 on Windows XP, and it works fine with me

It also does this on IE 7.
It will do this occasionally for me through Quick Note (Latest version of Chrome), but never on their actual talk page. Actually, it sens me to Special:PostComment, which is a white screen. I don’t know if they’ve received the comment.
I see that as well.

I just did a test on an article discussion page and it went through. I used IE7 to do this. It still isn’t letting me on ff.
It’s very strange. Also it seems to have it’s “fits”. Sometimes it works for a period of time and other times it doesn’t.

@sakae
Next time your browser starts having a fit can you try recording a screencast? http://www.wikihow.com/Record-a-Screencast-with-Screencast-O-Matic
