The white background where you need to approve the tips is out of place. Tried to force refresh,clearing the cache and to change the zoom but it didn’t help (talked to @Anna about it already) here’s the screenshot: http://imm.io/1m6xO and http://imm.io/1m2uF It does look fine in Firefox.

Aha apparently it was that addon it’s a spellchecker. I removed it and the bug is gone. Sorry for the trouble @Anna .
