It’s Live!
After some very hard work, I’ve made the unofficial wikiHow discord server! Guidelines for the server are listed in-server. Admins will be appointed as needed based on your role on the wikiHow main site and behavior in server (likely three to begin), and all we ask if that you follow a couple rules which are mainly common sense anyway.
In the chat, there is a channel to discuss wikiHow related things as well as one for more off-topic chatter. This will provide you a way to pm users externally from the wikiHow main site. I know this is something users have presented interest in, but wikiHow is simply not a social media site.
Never been on Discord? No problem.
Discord is one of the easiest to use chat platforms out there, and is used mainly by gamers and niche hobbiests. If you choose to join, I recommend you consider some other servers in addition! You can access Discord through a client you download (you irc guys know what I’m talking about) or you can access from a browser! You can also download the official Discord app. You will always have the ability to mute the server and toggle notifications as well! Here’s a few guides for you newbies:
